The Evap Foam no rinse is a high-performance, heavy-duty detergent that has been specifically formulated with special surfactants and alkaline cleaners. This foaming, no-rinse product has been developed to be versatile, as it can be sprayed either right-side up or upside down. It is ideal for use on most coils, particularly cooling or evaporator coils.

Evap Foam is designed to quickly and easily liquefy dirt, grease, oil, and other residues. The product is fortified with corrosion inhibitors, making it safe for use on metals and other materials. The fast-breaking foam is completely self-rinsing, so simply spraying Evap Foam on the coil will result in the foam washing the emulsified matter off.

The aerosol product is NSF registered for use as a coil cleaner in and around food processing areas. Additionally, it helps leave the area deodorized with a pleasant lemon scent.

To use Evap Foam, first turn off or disconnect power to the unit being serviced and remove any heavy or matted soils. Shake the can well, remove the cap, and point it toward the surface to be cleaned. Thoroughly saturate the targeted area with the product, ensuring that the foam evenly covers the entire surface.

With the self-rinsing formula, the foam will break down, and the condensation will completely rinse the emulsified material. However, you may wipe clean or rinse with water if desired, or if using the product on non-condensation producing coils.

For extremely stubborn or heavy deposits, repeat applications may be necessary. Once the cleaning is complete, turn on or return power to the unit.
